The Altoona Symphony is proud to present a 3-part Virtual Cushion Concert Series, Traditions and Legacy!
Stephanie Everett (Principal 2nd Violin), and her daughter Grace Everett (A music education major at Penn State University), will be performing together throughout this fun series where we will feature some local attractions and cultural locations, while sharing stories about how music transcends generations and provides the perfect background in celebrating long held holiday traditions.

Spooky Tunes from Outer Space

Our first concert is set to premiere tomorrow, Friday, October 30th, at 5:00pm on our YouTube channel.
Learn about how this NASA Space Pod landed in Mark's front yard on Logan blvd., the history behind the craft, and enjoy some classical and spooky Halloween themed music!
We are quite certain this is the first time EVER someone has performed inside a genuine NASA Space Capsule!!! How EXCITING!!

Family Night Rehearsal Pass - currently unavailable
Family Night Rehearsal Pass - (2 Adults, up to 3 children from same household)
For those who would like to introduce their small children to symphonic music but are uncomfortable in a concert setting, the Altoona Symphony Family Night Rehearsal Pass is the answer. For only $60.00 you and your family receive a pass to attend the first 30-45 minutes of Friday evening rehearsals for the season (Holiday concert rehearsal will be Saturday afternoon). You will see the inner workings of the Altoona Symphony while experiencing the music as close to performance ready as possible. Children should be 12 and under, or older children with special needs.
