PictureMaestra Cheung during her Concert-preview speech at the historic US-Hotel in Hollidaysburg
The day (Friday) before most Season Concerts (4)
the Luncheon with Maestra takes place.

- Location is a restaurant in Altoona or a neighboring town
(recently Luncheons took place at Allegro, Jethro's,
Marzoni's Bellwood, The Dream in Hollidaysburg)

- Maestra Cheung talks about the music to be performed the
next evening ... the composer(s), the genesis of the various
   pieces, and key characteristics

- often a musician is present (ASO-member or guest-soloist),
who play a brief excerpt from Saturday's program.

Besides the personal remarks by Maestra Cheung, and the select musical treat,
the $25 attendance fee includes a tasty lunch of salad, entree & dessert.

Support the Altoona Symphony Orchestra in this educational, nutritious & entertaining way,
while "getting in the mood" for the next evening's concert by listening to Maestra's special insights,
as well as some musical preview-snippets.
